Dear MCMS Families,
We are approaching the middle of the 2005-06 school year. Where has the time gone?

Great things continue to happen at MCMS on a daily basis. Our staff continues to amaze me with their dedication to adolescent learners. Our students perform in our classrooms, gymnasium and community. There is so much to be proud of!

One of the best aspects of a school year is the natural opportunity to get a fresh start. That opportunity is just around the corner as we finish the current nine-week grading period. Please take an opportunity to ask your student about school, encouraging and recognizing the importance of giving 100%.

Perhaps you’ve had a chance to enjoy one of the recent band concerts. What a great program! We are fortunate to have DeeDee Phillips and David Fye on our staff!

Thanks to all of you for your support with the student-staff basketball games. A great time was had by all and there were no injuries!
